NT Parliament passes ICAC motion, despite warning from clerk

The Northern Territory Parliament has passed a motion allowing the Territory’s anti-corruption watchdog to examine the electronic devices of Labor MLA Mark Turner, despite Parliament’s clerk warning members to “proceed with extreme caution”.
