NT government’s Howard Springs quarantine takeover to begin with India flight on Saturday

The Northern Territory government has revealed a contentious change of operations at the Howard Springs quarantine centre will formally begin from Saturday — the day the first flight from India for weeks is due to touch down in Darwin.
