Staff and patrons who were at the pub and club have been ordered to immediately self-isolate for 14-days.
NSW Health has issued a fresh alert to patrons who attended two venues in Sydneys southwest earlier this month, as the times of potential exposure have been extended.
Staff and patrons who went to Mounties club in Mount Pritchard have been ordered to self isolate for 14-days and get tested at the onset of COVID-19 symptoms.
