A shopper visited three stores at a direct factory outlet in Sydneys inner-west before testing positive for COVID-19.
DFO Homebush confirmed the positive case visited Bonds, Strandbags and Lovisa stores at the centre on August 8 between 10.45am and 12pm.
NSW Health was forced to issue an alert on Monday, advising anyone who attended the centre during that period to remain alert for symptoms of COVID-19.
