NRL’s Dolphins announce Wayne Bennett as inaugural head coach for season 2023

Wayne Bennett has been formally ushered in as head coach of expansion side the Dolphins on a four-year deal as the club builds towards a maiden NRL campaign in 2023.

Dolphins chairman Robert Jones said Bennett’s announcement as head coach marked a ‘monumental day’ for the Queensland club.
