NRL stars to be granted power to block vile social media trolls – Fox Sports
NRL stars will be given the power to block social media trolls following a landmark agreement with Instagram.

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that the social media giant, after months of collaboration with sporting bodies, will provide players with filters to block abusive comments and unwanted contact.
Players will be able to automatically block posts which contain selected offensive words and emojis. The functionality is expected to be rolled out within weeks.
It comes after a number of high-profile stars called out trolls over vile abuse.
