As Panthers make huge call on Burton
The team lists for Round Four of the NRL are in, with the return of Penrith ace Nathan Cleary forcing the club to find room for Matt Burton in the centres.
Burton, the 21-year-old who is joining Canterbury in 2022, normally plays in the halves, but Cleary’s return from concussion, along with Burton’s starring role in last week’s win over Melbourne, left coach Ivan Cleary with no choice but to retain the youngster.
