Boom hooker Harry Grant will almost certainly miss the Melbourne Storms Round 1 blockbuster against South Sydney after suffering a knee injury in Saturdays pre-season victory over Newcastle.
Grant has a breakout season for the Wests Tigers in 2020 after joining the Sydney club on a landmark loan deal.
The 23-year-old returned to Melbourne during the off-season and was set to start the season as departed legend Cameron Smiths replacement in the No.9 jumper.
