On the back of a 28-12 win over the Bulldogs and against a Canberra side under an injury cloud, Penrith were a sneaky chance of an upset.
That quickly faded when they fell to an 18-0 deficit but as expected from the Panthers of old, they staged a late fightback to draw within six points of the green machine.
