As Benji Marshall reiterated his strong desire to return for a 19th NRL season the departing Wests Tigers veteran has been linked with a possible move to the Cronulla Sharks.
The Tigers last month informed the 324-game veteran his playing services would not be required in 2021 and beyond.
Marshall lasted just 18 minutes of his 257th-and-final Tigers appearance agaist Parramatta on Saturday night after succumbing to rib and knee injuries in the 28-24 loss.
