Crown Princess Mette-Marit has spoken candidly about her early days as a member of the Norwegian royal family, describing some of her first engagements as making her “want to throw up”.
She also admitted to experiencing great shame and feeling inadequate in her royal role.
Mette-Marit, 47, made the comments during a podcast with Norwegian state TV channel NRK.
