‘Not an extortionate price’: Founder defends Bondi private beach club plan – Sydney Morning Herald
Janek Gazecki imagines the club would take up 2 per cent of the beach, alongside the promenade.

“I would challenge anyone to attend a Bondi restaurant and pay less than 80 bucks it’s not an extortionate price by any means,” he said.
