Northern Territory declares Greater Melbourne a COVID hotspot after lockdown announcement

Northern Territory’s Chief Health Officer Hugh Heggie has issued a COVID-19 hotspot declaration for the Greater Melbourne area effective from 7:30pm (ACST) tonight.
