Northern beaches COVID-19 cases spark four-hour wait at testing clinics – Sydney Morning Herald
About 150 people were waiting to get tested in a queue that stretched more than 100 metres with 17 local cases confirmed on the northern beaches in 24 hours.

The new temporarily testing facilities are at Avalon Recreation Centre, Newport Community Centre and a drive-through clinic has opened at the Warringah Aquatic Centre.
Mr Sarsfield said the number of people who have presented to get a test was a really positive thing, but after seeing the length of the queue, he sent his kids home for half-an-hour.
