New Maroons coach Tahnee Norris says a three-game women’s State of Origin series should be on the cards as early as next year.
Tuesday’s appointment of Norris completes a historic moment in the game with women set to coach both states for the first time in State of Origin history.
Norris will replace Jason Hetherington in the role after the former Maroons legend parted ways with the QRL in February following a three-year stint at the helm.
