The event left many families disappointed.
An Adelaide Christmas event has been shut down in response to social media backlash, with refunds offered to those left disappointed.
Santas Winter Village at Noarlunga, at the Colonnades Shopping Centre, was pitched as a unique white Christmas to remember.
But for some whove visited, it was one theyd rather forget.
The event promised a special Christmas ice show, Polar Express train ride on a snowy trail through an Enchanted Forest, ice skating, a giant Candy Cane Lane game and an Amazing Maze.
