‘No regrets in life’: Folau signs with Clive Palmer-backed rugby league team – Sydney Morning Herald
Palmer, a patron of the Southport Tigers, said he would back Israel Folau from a legal and financial standpoint should there be any impediment to his return.
So if people want to challenge him again legally and want to say things about him which are not right, just watch out.
Earlier this year, Folau sought a face-to-face meeting with NRL officials to discuss a potential return to the game, which he said on Friday did not eventuate.
