No records kept of how much video surveillance is being reviewed inside Tasmanian abattoirs

After distressing video was aired showing the shocking treatment of animals inside a Tasmanian abattoir in 2023, CCTV cameras were made mandatory in slaughterhouses across the state — but documents show since then, no record has been kept on whether the surveillance video is being reviewed.
