People in the North have been urged to limit any Christmas gatherings to December 25th only amid concerns over an aggressive new strain of Covid-19.
However there has been no change to the rules which permit the gathering of up to three households between December 23-27th.
In a statement issued late on Saturday night, the First Minister, Arlene Foster, said the Norths Executive had already taken significant action earlier this week.
