The large property company is suing the CBD building’s strata committee after Meriton was dumped as caretaker.

The stoush has prompted the strata committee to claim that the legal action will be financially crippling for it and set a precedent by discouraging others from raising similar complaints.
Strata committee chairman Mark Tarrant has detailed a list of areas in the building that he said were not cleaned regularly, as well as what he described as inadequate responses to maintenance issues and continuous and persistent issues with the broken lift.
