Nine will supply news video clips and access to news articles on Facebook news products for three years, while the five-year agreement with Google includes the supply of news content, excluding video, for Googles News Showcase.
Nine Entertainment, the publisher of The Australian Financial Review, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and 9News, signed letters of intent with Google in February and Facebook in March.
