NEXTDC ups guidance as contracts boom – The Australian Financial Review
NEXTDC’s data centre services revenue grew by 27 per cent to $121.6 million, while net losses widened as it invests in building more data centres.
While revenue soared, the company is still running at a substantial net loss as it invests in new data centres. For the half, NEXTDC booked a net loss of $17.5 million, up from a loss of $4.9 million in the previous year.
For the 12 months to December 31, the company added 17.7 megawatts of utilisation, representing growth of 33 per cent to total contracted utilisation of 71 MW.
