Doc Rivers wasted little time making several roster changes in his short time as Philadelphia 76ers head coach.
In concert with GM Elton Brand and new President of Basketball Operations Daryl Morey, Rivers pushed to provide franchise stars Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid enough outside shooting to make them a viable threat in the Eastern Conference next season.
