Victoria has now marked 18 days without a local COVID case, while one has been identified in hotel quarantine.Victoria has recorded no new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, while one case has been identified in hotel quarantine.
The new case, a man in his 40s, is not linked to Australian Open players or their entourages, who are quarantining in Melbourne ahead of the event.
Victoria has not had a locally acquired coronavirus case in 18 days.
There are currently 30 active cases in Victoria.
