New Levorg in line for more powerful WRX engine – Stuff.co.nz
The new Levorg will reportedly receive the same powerplant as the forthcoming WRX.
The next generation of Subaru Levorg will also benefit from the WRXs forthcoming power up, Australian executives have reportedly confirmed.
Speaking to carsales, Subaru Australias national corporate affairs manager, David Rowley, said that the localised version of the Levorg will take on a slightly different form which potentially will appeal to a more performance-orientated audience.
Thats a response to the fact that Japanese buyers get the Levorg with a 130kW/300Nm 1.8-litre turbo-petrol boxer.
