New charges laid in relation to Eastern Freeway crash after 18-month investigation

New charges have been laid following a lengthy investigation into the Eastern Freeway crash.

A truck driven by Mohinder Singh ploughed into four police officers conducting a traffic stop on the side of the freeway last April.
