Gold Coast-based company Gordon Pty Ltd has been handed the lease for the Village Centre South project following a ‘rigorous’ expression of interest process.
They’re planning a massive $93.6 million development, which will include 47 luxury apartments, retail and public spaces and a 52-berth marina.
