Netflix’s Emily in Paris and Ratched make the cut for 2021 Golden Globes nominations, and people aren’t happy

Netflix’s Emily in Paris has been nominated for a Golden Globe for best comedy TV series, with lead actress Lily Collins also nominated for best actress.

The show is up against some strong contenders which are The Great, The Flight Attendant, Schitt’s Creek, and Ted Lasso.

Last year, Fleabag won the category.

Collins said she was “ecstatic” and “grateful” for the two nominations.

But on the same platform, people were quick to call out the show’s nomination saying other shows like I May Destroy You, Insecure, and Lupin, were unfairly snubbed.
