Neighbouring CBD Sites Sell For $46 Million

Selling in a challenging COVID-19 market are two Sydney CBD buildings at 114 Castlereagh Street and 139 Elizabeth Street. In a sale arranged by James Aroney and Mitch Noonan of JLL the properties have sold together for $46 million on behalf of well-known hotelier, Kim Maloney of Bondi Beach.
