Nearly half of all adults in the West Midlands region have now been vaccinated.
It means the vaccination programme has been rolled out faster in the West Midlands than in most other parts of the country.
A report from the Office for National Statistics shows that 47% of adults in the region have received at least one vaccination. Another three per cent have been offered a vaccination and are waiting to have the jab.
Fewer than than one in 100 people in the region said they would refuse to be vaccinated.
