GRAFTON, Wis. —Fifty vials of the Moderna vaccine were left out of a pharmacy refrigerator overnight over the weekend at Aurora Medical Center-Grafton.

Advocate Aurora Health said in a statement the Moderna vaccine vials “were inadvertently removed from a pharmacy refrigerator overnight.”
Each vial contained 10 doses.
