National Auction Market Preview – 21 February

There are currently 2,150 homes scheduled for auction across the combined capital cities this week, up substantially from last week when 1,496 auctions were held, although lower than this time last year (2,517).

This week, just over half of all capital city homes scheduled for auction are in Melbourne, with 1,101 homes set to go under the hammer, up from last week when 635 auctions were held across the city. This week last year, 1,248 Melbourne homes were auctioned.
