Natasha Fyles defends Health Department response to damning coronial findings — and other findings before it
The Northern Territory Health Minister has disputed a coronial finding that inaction by health authorities contributed to the deaths of three young people in remote Indigenous communities, while defending herself for not yet reading the damning findings in full.

The report, handed down by the coroner on Tuesday morning, found the Top End Health Service (TEHS) was failing to comply with recommendations he had made in two previous inquests and said their “refusal or inability” to do so contributed to their deaths.
