‘My life hit a brick wall’: Braith Anasta opens up on father’s heartbreaking suicide – Fox Sports
Rugby league legend Braith Anasta has revealed the haunting impact of his father’s suicide during his teenage years and how it shaped his life as a footballer and a man.

Anasta opened up on the nightmare moment his father took his own life out of the blue when the Bulldogs premiership winner was just 15 years old.
Speaking on the first ever episode of Behind The Uniform, a new podcast that delves deeper on mental health, Anasta admitted that it took him time to come to terms with what had happened.
I got to 15 years of age and (life) hit a brick wall. My father committed suicide. From nowhere, at the time, Anasata said.
