Must confess to being somewhat puzzled as to why the only Bee Gee who spent his entire childhood in Redcliffe, Colin “Smiley” Petersen who was the drummer on their first 4 albums, is not given more notoriety in Bee Gees Way at Redcliffe. Not only was Petersen a member of the famous band, but also the child actor who played the title role of Smiley in the 1956 movie of the same name. (See other photos attached.)
