Murder accused admits fighting with partner at Mount Gambier home but denies using weapon
A man accused of beating his partner to death at their home in South Australia’s south-east has admitted he punched the woman but has denied inflicting fatal injuries with a weapon.

Eden Kennett, 25, was declared brain dead at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) in December 2018, the day after she was airlifted from the Mount Gambier Hospital.
Bradley Wayne Trussell, 29, has pleaded not guilty to her murder and is currently standing trial in the South Australian Supreme Court.
