MSI MEG Z490 Ace – Review 2020 – PCMag AU
A slick-looking premium board for 10th Gen Intel, the MEG Z490 Ace has an attractive feature set and wise PCB arrangement, but issues with the firmware suggest waiting for some patching-up, especially considering the price.
The MEG Ace-class motherboards are typically MSIs “upper middle class” mobos, if you look upon the board maker’s Godlike models as the upper crust (and if motherboards indeed had economic status). Following from that, the $399.99 MEG Z490 Ace is one of the companys top Z490 motherboards, but it isn’t tricked out with the excesses of the Godlike line (onboard OLED panels, lots of bundled cards and adapters).
