Motorcyclist dies after hitting kangaroo on Queensland road
A motorcyclist has died after hitting a kangaroo on a rural road in Bundaberg.
Police said the 62-year-old Bundaberg man was on Gin Gin Road in Mooloolaman heading towards Mount Perry about 8am on Sunday when the collision occurred.
The rider was thrown from his motorcycle and died at the scene a short time later.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
Forensic Crash Unit investigators was investigating.
