Moto3 rider Jason Dupasquier in serious condition after horrific crash at Mugello – Wide World of Sports
‘I’m praying for him and his family’
Moto3 rider Jason Dupasquier is in a serious condition due to a crash at Mugello, in which he was struck by another bike after hitting the tarmac.
Dupasquier, a 20-year-old Swiss rider with PruestelGP, fell on the exit of turn nine near the end of qualifying. He was struck by the bike of Ayumu Sasaki, who was launched into the air and slid along the circuit after a heavy landing.
Dupasquier was attended at trackside by doctors and was later airlifted to a hospital in Florence.
