Mosman, Sydney house that hosted Adele, Justin Bieber sells for $21.5 million – The Australian Financial Review
Former model-turned-investor Cameron MacDonald has sold his Sydney ‘house built for billionaires’ and Angus Harris has bought an $8.1 million knockdown nearby.
Also reshuffling their Mosman real estate are Harris Farm co-chief executive Angus Harris and his wife, Louisa, who have paid $8.1 million for a knockdown-rebuild that backs onto Chinamans Beach.
The Harris familys purchase was revealed on settlement last week following a fairly quick sales campaign by Ray White Mosmans Geoff Smith and Richard Harding, who were shopping it to buyers on behalf of John Barnes, owner of Queenslands oldest thoroughbred stud, Canning Downs.
