Buchanan County Conservation will sponsor a moonlit snowshoe from 6-7 pm. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Ham Marsh, 1747 Indiana Ave., rural Independence.
All ages are invited to strap on a pair of snowshoes and explore a winter evening at Ham Marsh north of Independence. Participants will meet in the parking area. No prior experience is necessary. Cost is $5 a person or $15 per family.
