RED BANK, NJ: The “Snow Moon” rose over River Medical Center at about 6:30pm this evening making for a spectacular view.
February is typically a snowy month, hence the nickname Snow Moon.
Native American tribes because of the tough month to find food, called it the “hunger moon” or the “little famine moon.”
