Monash IVF launches internal investigation after wrong embryo transferred from patient

A major fertility group has incorrectly transferred the wrong embryo from a patient — the second incident the company has apologised for in recent months.
In an announcement to the ASX on Tuesday morning, Monash IVF said the incident happened on June 5 at its laboratory in Clayton, Victoria.
