Moelis takes charge of Sydney’s Taylor Square with $45m pub deal – The Australian Financial Review
Moelis Australia Hotel Management now owns both pub venues on Sydney’s Taylor Square after buying Kinselas for $45 million from the Kospetas family.

Moelis’ plans include adding additional levels and bringing in new entertainment experiences while retaining the venues’ historic status.
The precinct will be totally reimagined, Mr Brady, chief executive of Moelis Australia Hotel Management, said.
We will look to create a hospitality precinct that aligns with the City of Sydneys vision of revitalising Sydneys nightlife and growing creative industries.
