Missing six-year-old Braxton Plant found dead in dam on eve of Easter long weekend
The search for a missing six-year-old boy in northern NSW has ended in tragedy on the eve of the Easter long weekend.

Braxton Plant was found deceased in a dam on the property just after 3:00pm.
He was reported missing from his Wallangra home, north of Inverell, around 4:00pm on Wednesday.
Police said Braxton, who has Down syndrome, was playing with his brother and cousin outside in the mud and was not wearing any clothes when he was last seen.
