Japanese actress Yuko Takeuchi has been found dead by her husband Taiki Nakabayashi in their Tokyo apartment.
Japanese actress Yuko Takeuchi has passed away at the age of 40 according to numerous reports.
The Japan Times reports the actress and mother-of-two was found by her husband actor Taiki Nakabayashi, 35, in their Tokyo apartment on Sunday at around 2am.
