A new rule in the iOS 14.5 update that allows iPhone users to opt in to stop Facebooks targeted advertising and tracking has seen millions choose privacy.
Apple pushed back the anti-tracking feature, called App Tracking Transparency, to 2021 to give developers time to adjust, particularly Facebook, which has been tracking users data without consent for years.
