Microbrewery bubbles up for West End’s Montague Road

“The proposed development will provide a vibrant retail-style venue servicing the residents, local arts and community groups and employees of West End,” the report says.
Operating hours would be 6am to 6pm for the brewery and from midday to late Wednesdays to Sundays for the pub. Live music would be played at the “relaxed” pub some nights.
Pre-lodgement minutes show the council raised concerns about potential noise issues for high-density residential neighbours.
