After a century of roaring, MGM is replacing the live-action version of its lion mascot with a CG-animated big cat made to resemble them for a new high-quality logo.
Eight real lions have been used by the studio since 1916, the most famous being the one that has been in use since 1957. The CG animated one is going by the name ‘Leo’.
