Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas has claimed Lewis Hamilton’s replacement at the Sakhir Grand Prix made him look like a “complete c***” and a “fool” during the race….
Williams driver George Russell, who was part of Mercedes young driver programme and is considered to be the next in line for a permanent seat at the German team, stepped in for seven-time world champion Hamilton last weekend, after he testing positive to COVID-19.
Russell was brilliant all weekend as he topped the first two practices before being pipped to a maiden pole position by Bottas in qualifying.
However, it took him only one corner of the race to rectify that as he lead for the majority…
